Albert Einstein and Kurt Godel discussed that in the universe there is no time existing as we experience it. Universe is without time, forth coordinate of space X4 = i x c x t is spatial too. 

 

Here their vision is developed fully into a model of the universe where physical time is a run of clocks in timeless space. In timeless universe we experience run of clocks and motion in generally in a frame of psychological time "past-present-future" that is based on neuronal activity of the brain.
